What it costs
Three choices, two numbers: what you send now, and what you bring in cash.
Open Blues is a private, cost-shared gathering. Nobody is paid, nobody profits, and there is no ticket: everyone covers their own share of the real costs — the palace, the bands, communal food and their own sleeping place.
So there are only three things to decide, and this page adds them up.
The price list
Everyone eats the same communal food and dances in the same ballroom. The only thing you are choosing is where you sleep. Sunday night costs €25 in a tent or on the floor and €50 in a bed.
| Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights | Your cost |
|---|---|
| Tent or floor | €70 |
| A place in a double bed, per person | €110 |
| A single bed | €160 |
| Sunday night, if you stay | Your cost |
|---|---|
| Tent or floor | €25 |
| Any bed | €50 |
A donation of €100, €50 or €20 is welcome on top, and entirely optional. It is what keeps the cheapest sleeping place cheap.
Everything except the €50 Reservation Payment is brought in cash to the venue. If you bring Polish złoty instead of euros, use €1 = 4.50 PLN.
What happens to the €50
The €50 Reservation Payment is part of your total and is transferred when you sign up. If fewer than 40 people commit by 3 August 2027, it is refunded; otherwise it is non-refundable. If you cannot come, you may pass your place to someone else by emailing openbluespoland@gmail.com.
