What it costs
Three choices, two numbers: what you send now, and what you bring in cash.
Open Blues is a private, cost-shared gathering. Nobody is paid, nobody profits, and there is no ticket: everyone covers their own share of the real costs — the palace, the bands, communal food and their own sleeping place.
So there are only three things to decide, and this page adds them up.
The price list
Everyone eats the same communal food and dances in the same ballroom. The only thing you are choosing is where you sleep.
| Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights | Your cost |
|---|---|
| Floor — tent, your own mattress, or a barn mattress | €70 |
| Shared sleeping place for two — bed or large mattress, per person | €110 |
| Single sleeping place — bed or large mattress | €160 |
| Sunday night | Your cost |
|---|---|
| Leaving before Sunday night | €0 |
| Staying Sunday night, whatever you sleep on | €50 |
A donation of €100, €50 or €20 is welcome on top, and entirely optional. It is what keeps the cheapest sleeping place cheap.
Everything except the €50 Reservation Payment is brought in cash to the venue. If you bring Polish złoty instead of euros, use €1 = 4.50 PLN.
Nothing here is locked in
You can change your details yourself, any time — accommodation, Sunday night, donation, whether you’ll DJ, jam or run a workshop, your travel and lift offer, and the spelling of your name. The latest answer counts. How that works.
What happens to the €50
Open Blues 2027 happens if 40 people have signed up and paid the €50 Reservation Payment by 3 August 2027. Watch the live counter on the front page.
If we do not reach 40 by 3 August 2027, Open Blues 2027 does not happen and every Reservation Payment is refunded in full. The Reservation Payment is not refunded for any other reason. If you cannot come, you may pass your place to someone else — email openbluespoland@gmail.com.
