You can change your details yourself, any time, at openblues.pl/change — accommodation, Sunday night, drinks, donation, whether you’ll DJ, jam or run a workshop, your travel and lift offer, and the spelling of your name. The latest answer counts.
That is why the signup form asks everything at once: nothing you answer there is final. Bookmark this page rather than an email — openblues.pl/change still works next summer.
The form asks for your email address and your full name. Use the same email address you signed up with: that is how a change is matched to your signup.
What you can change here
- Your accommodation for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights
- Your Sunday-night sleeping option
- Your drinks contribution
- Your optional donation
- Whether you’ll DJ, jam or run a workshop
- Your travel: the city you are coming from, and whether you can pick people up from Nysa
- The spelling of your name
Use it as often as you like. Every question is optional: leave one blank and that answer stays as it is. The latest answer counts — there is no version to keep track of and nothing to undo.
Changing your accommodation, Sunday night, drinks or donation changes the cash amount you bring to the venue. Work the new total out with the cost tables on the front page.
What is not self-service
The €50 Reservation Payment, your email address and passing your place to someone else are handled by email: openbluespoland@gmail.com.
There is one case in which the €50 comes back, and this form is not it. If we do not reach 40 by 3 August 2027, Open Blues 2027 does not happen and every Reservation Payment is refunded in full. The Reservation Payment is not refunded for any other reason. If you cannot come, you may pass your place to someone else — email openbluespoland@gmail.com.
Your exact sleeping place
If you paid for a shared or single sleeping place, you choose your exact place in the shared Sheet once the gathering is confirmed. Places are allocated in signup order. Changing your accommodation category here does not move your row in that Sheet — browse the rooms and floor plans, where the Sheet is linked, and move yourself there.
Not signed up yet?
Everyone who signs up and pays is in. There is no selection, no application, and nothing to wait for. Signups close on 19 August 2027.
